We never disclose personal data to a third party, unless you have explicitly consented to the disclosure. We never gather personal data except for the information you give us when you complete forms on the website.

If your personal data is incorrect or if you have any objections, please contact us as above. You are entitled to access the personal information held about you and you can lodge an objection against registration in accordance with the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data.

 

Protecting your personal data

According to the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data, we are obliged to store your personal data safely and responsibly. We store your personal data on computers protected by passwords, located at controlled facilities. However, we cannot guarantee 100% safe internet data transfers. There is always a risk that others can hack into data when it is transmitted and stored electronically. You give us your personal data at your own risk.

The rapid development of the internet means that we may find it necessary to change the way we process personal data. We reserve the right to update and change the present guidelines for processing personal data. If we do so, we will of course correct the date of "latest update" at the bottom of this page. In the event of making significant changes, you will be notified by means of a visible message on our websites.

To the extent that we have gathered personal data about you, in accordance with the Danish Act of Processing of Personal Data you are entitled to know what data we have. If it transpires that the information or data we process about you is incorrect or misleading, you are entitled to have the data corrected, deleted or blocked. You are entitled to lodge an objection against the processing of your data. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. You are entitled to complain about data processing and data about you. If you have a complaint, it should be sent to the Danish Data Protection Agency in accordance with the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data, Article 58(1).
